Working with Isobel Mcgrath LLC PROGRAMS AND Isobel Mcgrath, LLC
- ISOBEL MCGRATH’S PROGRAMS AND ISOBEL MCGRATH, LLC
If the program includes appointments, you are responsible for scheduling all appointments and attending the calls on time. You will not receive credit from Isobel McGrath LLC or any of its employees or affiliates for unscheduled or missed appointments. If your circumstances require rescheduling of an appointment, it may be rescheduled any time prior to 48 hours in advance of a session.
If the program includes web calls, Client will be sent an automated reminder of upcoming web calls no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the call. Please make sure to add the address of the confirmation email you get from the program so as not to miss any notifications of the calls. If due to a scheduling error or unforeseen event, a call must be cancelled, you will be provided additional times and every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.
If your program advertises that you have access between the calls to Isobel McGrath LLC via email as needed, you agree to allow Isobel McGrath LLC up to twenty-four (48) hours to respond to emails received during business hours on Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time unless otherwise advertised by the program. Emails received outside that time period will be answered within 48 hours of the next business day.
- COMPENSATION
Client shall make payment as agreed in the program contract regardless of whether the client attends all of the calls or completes the program. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration and remain at Isobel McGrath LLC discretion.
- TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Isobel McGrath LLC is committed to providing you with a positive program experience. You agree that Isobel McGrath LLC may, at her sole discretion, terminate this agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program if you become disruptive or if you fail to follow program guidelines.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Isobel McGrath, LLC has made every effort to accurately represent the program and it’s potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Your success depends on many factors, including your dedication, motivation, desire, background, and participation.
You enter into each program with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results and hereby release Isobel McGrath LLC from any liability for adverse actions or results experienced by you, the client, as a result of any of Isobel McGrath LLC programs.
You acknowledge that payment of program fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.
Isobel McGrath LLC respects your privacy and will respect confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans, personal information, and trade secrets. You agree not to infringe on any of Isobel McGrath LLC’s copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property rights. Also, you agree not to disclose such information to any other person; that all materials and information provided by Isobel McGrath LLC are confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belonging solely and exclusively to Isobel McGrath LLC and may only be used by you as authorized by Isobel McGrath LLC. The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone other than Isobel McGrath LLC is strictly prohibited.
Isobel McGrath LLC is not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and the information provided to the client is not intended as such. The client should refer all legal, tax, accounting, and financially related inquiries to appropriately qualified professionals.
While Isobel McGrath is a licensed mental health provider in the state of Florida, she is not functioning in this capacity in her Personal Growth, Relationship Coaching and Hypnosis Business or in Isobel McGrath’s Programs.
Isobel McGrath LLC programs, life coaching and hypnosis are not intended to substitute for proper regular mental health care as might be needed and the contents of Isobel McGrath’s programs do not claim to diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
- PAYMENT SECURITY
When you complete any form on the Isobel McGrath or associated website, you can rest assured that your information will not be shared with or sold to anyone outside of the Isobel McGrath LLC organization.
